I think sometimes we do not change or do things different because we think we have to do everything all at once. In reality change for the better comes a little at a time. Just one step and then another. Whatever it is, a relationship needing mended, a diet, getting back out there after a spouse has gone or what ever it is you can do it. When you do, then do it everyday and make a new routine and make a new happier you.
